- Our products that are offered are stocked in our warehouse and available for immediate delivery. Please contact us in regards to quantity.
- Do you have minimum orders?
- There are no minimums on orders. If you would like that one special bag created for a birthday, graduation or other celebration, we are happy to help you. Please call us to ask about special pricing on orders over 100 items.
- What is the lead time for an order?
- Items with no decoration will ship within 24 hours. Items with monograms generally take three to five business days to ship. Other orders with customized logos can take two to three weeks, depending on the size of the order.
- How do I get a logo created?
- Simply send us the artwork in a .jpg or .eps file format. We will create the digitized logo for you and email a copy for your approval. Once the logo is approved, the item will be decorated and shipped within two weeks.
- Can I create individual names on the items in addition to the customized logo?
- Some of our customers love to receive personalized bags with the logo of the event. We are happy to add either names or initials to the items for a small additional charge.
- Do you have retail outlets?
- We have a showroom in Scottsdale, Arizona, but no retail outlets at this time.
- Can I have a sample shipped to me?
- Absolutely. We will ship any samples with a valid credit card on file. If you return the sample within 30 days, there is no charge. If you would like to keep the sample or do not return it within 30 days, we will charge your credit card.
- Do you require a deposit on an order?
- For all orders of 100 items or more we request a 30% deposit to hold the inventory for that event.
- Do you take credit cards?
- Yes. We accept all credit cards, including American Express and Discover.
